Description
Enhancing Energy Efficiency of Public Facilities in Kyrgyzstan aimed to conduct energy audits and identify technical implementation options for improving the energy efficiency of selected school facilities in the Kyrgyz Republic. As part of the technical assistance, a guideline was prepared to incorporate energy efficiency improvements into seismic retrofitting and reconstruction under the State Program for Safer Schools and Preschools.
